We have three locations: Line A, House 2, Ewet Housing Estate Extension, Off Edet Akpan Avenue (4 Lanes), Uyo, Akwa Ibom State; 2 Victoria Gershom Bassey Street, Off Asari Eso Lane, through Effioette Junction, Calabar; and 139 IBB Way, Opposite Calabar Airport, Calabar, Cross River State.
Rates depend on the location and the room type. Uyo runs from ₦10,000 to ₦25,000, Asari Eso in Calabar from ₦9,000 to ₦20,000, and 139 IBB Way from ₦9,000 to ₦11,000. Every rate is published in full on each hotel's page.

Daily room booking starts at 6:00AM. Room availability may vary, so guests are encouraged to contact the hotel directly before arrival. Standard departure time is 12 noon. Staying beyond 12 noon to 5:00PM attracts an extra charge, and from 5:00PM onward 100% of the room tariff applies.
